Cardiff Metropolitan University modernized its teaching and meeting rooms through an extensive AV Refresh Project, selecting Sennheiser’s TeamConnect Ceiling 2 (TCC 2) microphones for their ease of use, configuration, and management capabilities. The microphones, integrated via Dante, provide clear audio for hybrid teaching and lecture capture, enhancing the experience for both students and staff. Sennheiser’s MobileConnect system further supports accessibility, while SpeechLine Digital Wireless microphones offer seamless voice amplification without costly frequency licensing. Despite pandemic-related supply challenges, early access to the TCC 2 allowed Cardiff Met to maintain hybrid teaching setups, with integrators Strive AV and GVAV ensuring smooth implementation across the university.
